Delivery and Return Policy

As Nangaro, we place importance on customer satisfaction. For all purchases made through our website, the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation shall apply.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Nangaro must be notified within this period in writing or through a permanent data storage medium such as e-mail.
Return Conditions
Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:
the product must be unused
the product must not have been assembled
there must be no user-related damage on the product
all accessories of the product must be returned complete
the original packaging must be preserved
returns may not be accepted for products whose packaging has been damaged, torn or has lost its resale condition
Especially for furniture products, return requests may be rejected if the product has been assembled, used or if scratches, impacts, stains or deformation have occurred on its surfaces.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
Products produced according to customer measurements, fabric selection, colour preferences or special order requests may be considered within the scope of the exceptions set out in the relevant legislation.
Within this scope, the right of withdrawal and return may be limited for products produced specifically for the customer.
Returns may not be accepted especially for orders prepared with custom-size armchairs, sofas, modular sets and special fabric selections.
Return Process
Following the receipt of the withdrawal notification by Nangaro, the product must be sent to us within 10 days.
It is recommended to contact our customer services for the return process.
Refund Period
After the returned product reaches us and the necessary checks are completed, refunds for approved returns shall be made through the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
Due to bank processing times, it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
Damaged Delivery
If any damage caused by transportation is observed during delivery, a damage report must be prepared by the cargo officer before the product is accepted.
The process may take longer for damage notifications without an official report.
