This Distance Selling Agreement has been established electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and sets out the rights and obligations of the parties specified below.

Buyer
The consumer who places an order through the website.
The name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail information entered by the Buyer during the order process shall be taken as basis.
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Nangaro website.
The product name, quantity, price, payment method, delivery address and delivery information relating to the order shall be based on the information displayed on the order confirmation screen.
Product and Order Information
The following information regarding the products subject to the order is also displayed on the payment screen:
product name
product quantity
unit price of the product
total sales amount
shipping / delivery fee
payment method
delivery address
This information forms an integral part of the order confirmation.
Payment and Delivery
The order amount is collected through the payment method selected by the Buyer.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the product within 30 days at the latest from the date the order is received. Within the scope of the applicable legislation, this period may be extended where necessary, provided that prior information is given.
For bespoke or out-of-stock products, the delivery period may be notified separately.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
The notification of withdrawal may be made through the following communication channels:

written application
contact form
Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged and in resale condition.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be limited under the applicable legislation for the following products:
furniture produced according to customer-specific measurements
products prepared with special fabric / colour selections
made-to-order modular designs
products that have been assembled and used
This is particularly important for custom-size armchairs, sofas and dining room products.
Damaged or Incomplete Delivery
If any damage is observed on the packaging of the product during delivery, a report must be prepared in the presence of the cargo officer.
Products received without a damage report shall be subject to evaluation during the process.
Resolution of Disputes
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall be authorised within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
Within the scope of 2026 regulations, cases where mediation may be required for relevant disputes shall also be evaluated in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Effectiveness
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
Upon completion of the order, this agreement enters into force electronically.
